Guest guest Posted May 26, 2011 Report Share Posted May 26, 2011 Hi Everyone, I'm still not 100% - but getting better - this morning I did one of the cardio workouts from Power Fit Harmony - I think it was Speed Burn. I didn't modify up as much as I normally do since I wasn't feeling 100%, but I still used my weighted gloves and step. Still, it was good to move! I also did one of the core workouts - Pure Power (?) this one incorporated some yoga. I didn't get a chance to add on my yoga this morning due to getting up late, but I spent 5-10 minutes doing some stretching for my lower body and hips.
