Chalene will put you back on track!  She's uplifting, fun, and you'll burn lotsa calories in the process!!GET AFTER IT, INDY!!!

 

I've been feeling very out-of sorts lately--family stress... My workouts have sloughed off, my eating's way out in carb-land, and motivation to do ANYTHING has plummeted. I did get the gardens (veggie/flower)planted in between thunderstorms. Should I listen to Cathe, Chalene, or Kathy tonight?

Somebody kick my butt, please, and get me back on track!

i am with you...because i am allowed out of splint a few hours a day... my wrist hurts more..i have been doing the minimal...i have been having pitty parties and eating crapi think we both need to get it together. i know realistically this weekend is going to be tough as they are throwing a party for me and my dog...but i told myself that tues am...i start back in...damnit both my dogs need me fit to run them!!bad judy..From: Indyrose

No more pity parties, Bad Judy!  You can still:climb stairs - the ones we have at work are killer and are tougher than any stairmaster machine at the gymabspilatesturbo kick, just don't clench your fist so much

No more pity parties, Bad Judy!  You can still:climb stairs - the ones we have at work are killer and are tougher than any stairmaster machine at the gymabspilatesturbo kick, just don't clench your fist so much

You're right (of course!) Chalene perked me up even when I was dripping sweat

all over my mat. She also said, near the end, " On those days when you're down

and don't feel like working out, try to remember how good this feels. " She's

right, too.

A new goal for myself -- try to make it through the 40 minutes of Cardio Party

without screwing up the choreography. There are moments where I need to stop and

stare, " What was that?? " I hate breaking tempo for that. I know with frequent

repetition I can get through it the way I'd like.

Today will probably be LW2LW with Kathy.
