Ok - the biggest and best news is - my procedure went fine today. Nothing to worry about. B/c of my dense breast tissue I need to follow up in 6 months as opposed to a year, but the cyst aspiration went fine (not painful at all) and I had 4 additional mammogram views plus the aspiration was done w/ an ultrasound and the doc spent a long time studying everything. What a relief. I'm sure I drove the doctor and nurses crazy with my worry and questions, (I think at one point I asked for a bucket!) but they were all very nice and patient with me. My workout today was Firm's Cardio Sculpting Balls (a virgin!) with . I actually enjoyed it quite a

bit. I wouldn't use it really for a strength workout, but more for a cardio/4-limb/aerobic-weight-workout. Some of the moves were fast - but I just modified and went at my own pace. I think if you used heavier balls (or perhaps even dumbells) you could make this more challenging strength-wise. The firm balls are only 2 lbs. So, another virgin off my list. The main workout on the DVD is just under and hour. There are two other workouts on the DVD, but I suspect they are shorter pre-mixes of the main workout. The basic format was - cardio focus-"strength" focus- core focus alternated 3 times. I also did Suzanne Deason's Yoga for Stress Relief (20 min). The restorative/therapeutic yoga this week has really helped my hip area a lot. I will need to keep it up.

Tomorrow the plan is either a longer Pilates or Yoga workout and my long walk w/ my friend. Then, after the walk, at least 15 min of stretching. I think in part the long walk w/out the stretching afterwards may be partially to blame for this hip issue!Take care!!Donna
