Hi!

I think I have a cold - not allergies - oh well. It isn't too bad. I didn't sleep all that well last night due to being congested, but I still got up and did my workout. I knew I'd feel better if I moved as opposed to not moving! So, I did Huckabee's PowerFit Harmony Lower Body Blast. I also did Core Balance and then I added on a quick yoga section - Barbara Benagh's Power Yoga for Every Body - Beginner "Good Morning" Practice - which is 20 minutes, but I only did the first half due ot running out of time. Barbara starts her yoga with a lot of passive relaxation which felt great - reclined cobblers pose (lovely for the back and hips), then some reclined leg stretches, "figure 4" stretch, and some gentle twists on the floor. The next segment was modified sun salutations (in the beginner practice they use a chair as a prop for the sun sals) but I skipped that being in a hurry.

Hope to perk up as the day goes on!Donna
