Hi Vicki,

Has your husband figured out what is causing the hives in the first

place. Everything I know about health and wellness, as well as how

the body directs it's own healing tells me that the skin is the

largest organ of elimination. If he has hives, his liver is way

overloaded and has turned to the skin to help assist in removing

toxins. What are those toxins? I think that is what you need to be

working on, rather than the suppression of the symptoms. It will only

serve to drive it back into the body (most likely to the liver) and

cause bigger problems, especially since the liver is processing an

every other day dose of prescription meds.

My advice is to work with a respected naturopath who can do muscle

testing or other testing to figure out what the reaction is to, and

work on eliminating it from his life. Homeopathy can also REALLY help

with skin issues, but it can be so tricky to pinpoint what is causing

the problem in the first place. When a chosen remedy turns out to be

the right one, though, stand back and wait for your new wonderful

life to begin.

But, to answer your question, yes KT can help hives. BUT! It can also

cause hives, so go slow and carefully at first, and make sure to stay

diligent with your water intake. The hives can be a healing reaction

from a toxic release that your body does as it is helped by the KT.

Like a toxic flush through your system and out through the skin. As

he is having such extreme skin issues, I would be careful to give

only small amounts at first, building up carefully as you go, to

avoid making the hives worse.

Good luck with this, and please let us know how he does,

Blessings,

Beth
