Guest guest Posted October 13, 2010 Report Share Posted October 13, 2010 A patient asked me if I think that the pasteurization (thus changing the protein structure) of cow's milk makes it more allergenic...? Has anybody seen an instance where someone who is found to be sensitive to pasteurized dairy can tolerate raw cow's milk?....
