Guest guest
I'm planning a private practice move and the dilemma of 'the right overhead' is ongoing; less is more is the mantra - I'm with you. I wonder about parking, location and convience. Spot 'a' has excellent parking but is in very mixed residential/office location. Spot 'b' has underground parking - a plus in new england but the overhead is plus'ing 40%, necessitates a partner given the available sq footage (1200) smallest chunk and is in a better visual/business/professional location. Spot 'c' is quaint, small, 500 sq feet but in foot traffic part of town, distant from good parking by 75 yards....... Spot 'd' is a huge investment, great parking, excellent location but would necessitate many co-investors and added risk..... thoughts? Adam Yahoo! Messenger with Voice.
