Guest guest
Sheila, It's not so clear cut as my diet as been radically changing over the past 3 years. The high CLO is a new addition from working with Dr. Ron Schmid. I would have never taken these levels on my own because of vit A overdose scares. (which btw to ...I did find Price warnings in NAPD but they're not very specific as to dose amounts) I've been on high CLO for the past 2 months but have been doing 2 tsp of butter oil for the past year and 1/2 to 1 tsp before that. I think you're really going to have to experiment around. I also am a firm, firm, firm believer in bone and gelatin broths. I have at least 1 cup/day as soup or just broth of these. I think they are crucial to healing bone and joint problems. Price also talks about using these when he healed dental caries of the depression children.
