My son was first started on Luvox for OCD (he was on Depakote at the time for seizure disorder as well) a nd he did pretty good with the initial doses but when his doses were titrated ( increased in increments) he became viscious and psychotic like (aggressive with rage) at higher doses. We immediat ely slowly reduced his dose and discontinued. He was having unprovoked aggressions, biting, and acting animalistic. Again, it may have had something to do with the mix or his seizure disorder. He is also autistic with very limited expressive language.
