Guest guest
Yes, she went off this morning feeling pretty good, although her legs were still achy. But when she came home she said she felt very hot and shivery at the same time, her stomach is upset so she hasn't eaten since yesterday and she is still both achy and itchy. And her tics are pretty bad. Poor kid. I guess this is why we taper all medicines rather than stop cold-turkey! (what does that expression mean, anyway?) Her doc prescribed Clonidine 3x daily, so we'll see how that goes. She'll have to go see the nurse at lunch every day, which won't be much fun but I don't think she'll mind too much, as long as no one is throwing up in there! Thanks for asking. I'll let you know how the clonidine works (it made her sleep well before, but she's never taken it during the day). We'll see if my un-sedatable daughter actually gets sedated! in NV
