Ok so im doing better about getting my fruits and veggies, and I have

seen the " approved " shopping list but there's so much thats not on

there , so im assuming its not a complete list, am i correct? Anyhow,

wondering if there are other places to find foods that are ok for

BFL. My problem is i dont think i really have a grasp on what makes

something " acceptable " or not! Is it low carbs?? high fiber?? high

vitamin count?? Im sorry to sounds so completely clueless, but I

guess if I dont ask, I will never know. My problem arises because I

had squash and onions (yum a southern favorite!) tonight for

dinner... zuccini is on the list so im thinking squash is ok but have

no CLUE! (too late now, I know.. but still for future reference).

Thanks for listening to me ramble and for the help with my 3.7

MILLION questions since I joined :) hehe Hope y'all had a great

weekend!!

Amy
