Guest guest
Hi . Is there a Whole Foods near you? I believe there are a couple brands of soy kefir out now. I do not have an empty container here or I would look at the name on the bottle for you. Sorry. The most reliable place I have found it is Whole Foods - but Trader Joe's may have put one out by now as well. Em Let the beauty we love be what we do. Rumi Let everything you do be done in love. 1 Corinthians 16:14 'Love is the measure.' Dorothy Day 'Gather yourselves...All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner.' Guest guest
Hi . Yes it is a fermented soy drink - a more liquid soy yogurt - only better. Comes in many fruit flavors just like yogurt. I wish they made it in larger containers like I used to buy Alta Dena dairy kefir in years ago. I suggest it just as a treat. Em Let the beauty we love be what we do. Guest guest
no you aren't being too strong. I don't think I have any type of eating disorder. HOwever, I'm being told by friends here that I'm stressing far too much at times about what I eat for baby. I know in general I do eat healthy. I should calm down. I think it's the pressure and wagging fingers I " m getting from family/inlaws who are making me feel like I'm starving and depriving my child of proper nutrients by not eating meat or dairy that is getting to me. Some have even out right told me that if I don't eat dairy and meat my child will be retarded. I know this isn't true, but being the only veg in the family or that they know, their stupid ideas are starting to stress me out. SO that if one small thing, G-d fobid, should be wrong with my baby they will be very quick to blame me and my diet for it for the rest of my life.
