I think that decision, and making myself stick with it the first week, as the hardest part for me so far. This program is the best; I decided to start it because I was facing a long, boring summer at home following my first year at college...I gained the freshman 15 and couldn't fit into my summer clothes...it was a bummer. So, I've been following the BFL book for 5 1/2 weeks now, and I've lost that 15 lbs of "stored" doritos, and gone down 2 clothing sizes, and I feel great! I am definitely a believer. Good luck.
