Guest guest Posted August 31, 2001 Report Share Posted August 31, 2001 During these exercises, should my legs be slightly bent at the knees, or should my knees be " locked " back?? It's hard to tell from the photos in the book, but when my knees are locked, it feels like the exercise is working my calves more than hamstrings.
