Guest guest
I agree with Christie to rule out insulin/PCOS connection; test pre and 1.5 hours post prandial BS and insulin for that; otherwise I would focus on liver treatments (undas, Ca-d-Glucarate, Thorne's Crucera, other detox formulas and liver herbs in alteration perhaps) to reduce adrogens as well as balance with progesterone, which protects body from testosterone effects - you might want to use low dose bio-identical progesterone for that, as that tested low (assuming this is really age adjusted), or use hp luteinum 200K once daily; reproductive and adrenal unda numbers as well also check if she is exercising excessively - can cause increased androgens as well.
