Guest guest
Hi guys! I did my second test, this time I got a real good one channel connection and everything seemingly looked good. Then we kind of just sat there and looked at the BioExplorer and wondered. Okay, what now? So, some simple questions arose. 1.) What exactly are the meters reading? I gather it is some sort of electrical activity relative to various parts of the brain. Is a lot of activity good, or bad, high or low frequencies, and what kind of exercise is used to regulate the patterns. Maybe there's a beginner FAQ that I can read. 2.) Does anyone have a chart that shows what the different regions of the brain actually do? That would be most interesting. 3.) So let's say I get an assessment, and it asks me to train in a certain region, with a certain goal in mind. Does my brain just figure out how to make it happen, or do I concentrate on puppies and clouds and rainbows to get into the right brain-train? Thanks, -Dave from Arizona with the blog. http://www.strandland.com/neurofeedback
