Today I got my second body fat test taken at a gym ~ I am on C1W4D1. I got the 1st one taken 3 weeks ago so these really are only 3 week results; I couldn't get an appointment sooner. Anyways, I am kind of confused ~ I'm not sure what all the abbreviations mean. 1st Test 2nd Test Age: 24 Age: 24 Height: 5'2 " Height: 5'2 " Weight: 149.4 lb Weight: 146.6 lb BMI: 27.3 BMI: 26.8 Fat%: 30.7% Fat%: 30.4% BMR: 6212 kJ, 1485kcal BMR: 6161 kJ, 1473 kcal Impedance: 473 Impedance: 514 Fat Mass: 45.8 lb Fat Mass: 44.6 lb FFM: 103.6 lb FFM: 102.0 lb TBW: 75.8 lb TBW: 74.6 lb STATS: 1st Week 4th Week Biceps: 11.5 Biceps: 11.5 Chest: 37.5 Chest: 36.0 Waist: 34.5 Waist: 33.0 Hips: 40.0 Hips: 39.0 Thighs: 22.0 Thighs: 21.0 Calves: 14.0 Calves: 14.5 Wrists: 6.5 Wrists: 6.5 So it looks like I've lost 4.5 inches ~ which is cool; I can tell by my clothes and especially my legs by just looking at them. I've lost 2.8 lbs which is great; I'm not too concerned about weight, since I know I'm going to be putting on muscle weight. I'm kind of bummed that my fat% only went down 1.2% though ~ and how do I find out what my lean muscle weight is? Thanks alot for your help guys!
