I have just been going through the exercises in the back of the

BFL book, and realized that there are 3 or 4 exercises that I am doing

incorrectly. Oops! Those of you who are in Challenge 1, like me,

might want to take another look at the exercise pictures.

Also, I just read a great recipe on Lean and Strong, what do you all

think about cheerios and non fat milk with protein powder for

breakfast? I never thought about it, but it seems like a great bfl

meal.

Also, (I guess I should post more instead of saving this stuff up..),

what does everyone think about met-RX protein bars? I bought one at

GNC last week and it was pretty tasty.

magazine.

- Did you look at the carbs in that bar? Im fairly certain they

have 30 or 40g carbs. I know which bars you mean (my ex-bf used to

eat the choc-choc chunk ones) and they are yummy.. just make sure the

carbs arent that high...

I think there are 2 different kinds of the MET RX. I've seen the

ones with a lot of carbs and there are some that are lower.
