Guest guest
O.K. What was I thinking when I decided to do a Men's Valentine's class to make chocolate for their sweethearts?! The women feel very left out. I have decided to remedy the situation and change the class to raw chocolate and wine for everyone! I learn from my mistakes... This is going to be really fun. Here's the flyer again that Warren posted: Raw Chocolate & Wine It's Valentine's! It just wouldn't be Valentine's without decadent chocolate! Healthy, honey-sweetened raw chocolate fudge is the perfect gift to share with your sweetheart. Come to the warehouse for a decadent evening of chocolate and wine, where you'll make your own fudge to bring home for Valentine's. First you'll discover the amazing flavor and health benefits of raw chocolate. Then, for fun, we'll compare it to heat treated chocolate and traditional fudge. Next, you'll get to sample sweet and alluring cinnamon fudge and spicy, enticing chili fudge. After picking your favorite, you'll make your own! We'll have a little wine, get out the bowls and mix up some luscious chocolate hearts. The fudge will go home with you in a pretty box so it's all ready for Valentine's. The cost for this one-of-a-kind evening is $35. Reserve your spot today! This class is taught by Sheri , who runs the Rock-a-Cow Chocolate Shoppe, producing raw cacao and cream treats on her tiny dairy farm in Cannon Falls. Join Us Thursday, February 11th 7pm-9pm Traditional Foods of MN 304 W. 61st St. Minneapolis, MN 55419 (Traditional Foods Buying Club membership is not required to attend.)
