WHY NEGATIVE INCOME ??

second attempt. I am amazed at the idea of negative income in a micropractice.

I have

reached the highest level of income in my career after 6 months. I work 3 half

days a

week and get approx 1K per 1/2 day (7-9 pts/per half day) so 3K per week and

150K/yr. I

do not feel I need a vacation because this is an incredible way to practice and

I feel I am on

vacation much of the time.

Why is this possible for me??

1) Deliver what people want and you will have more business that you ever

dreamed

possible. Check out my under construction web page

www.idealmedicalpractice.org

and click under " Community Vision " ASK WHAT THE COMMUNITY WANTS AND DELIVER IT

- a simple formula It works!!! I deliver 90% of what people want here in

Eugene, OR. My

patients consider me a godsend and sometimes I feel more like a shaman(cross

between a

doctor and a priest according to Websters) than a doctor. People are interested

in more

than a doctor/mechanic pushing allopathic medicine.

2) LOW overhead to the EXTREME ($600/mo) by way of 50% off malpractice

insurance

working 1/2 FTE, cheap rent ($300/mo), Free EMR - homemade on my own laptop

apple

computer, no staff. I even sold my car as I can now bike to my office and to the

hospital.

IF someone is experiencing negative income I believe they may want to consider

how to

further cut expenses and whether they are offering the type of services their

community

desires. Do a poll. Ask folks. It has been a very simple formula.
