Guest guest Posted August 13, 2001 Report Share Posted August 13, 2001 Hi All, I just thought I would drop a line to say that I surpassed my weight and waist size goal early and the program. I am day one of week ten and I have lost ten pounds (goal was ten) and I weigh 174 now (used to be 184) I have yet to check my bf% but that will be coming at the end of week 12. I also lost four inches off my waist. I was a 37 now I am a 33. I am so happy. I had a kick a** leg work-out today and I am psyched for my cardio tomorrow!. Keep the faith people, it works!
