Guest guest Posted August 30, 2001 Report Share Posted August 30, 2001 Hey y'all. While doing my UBW this morning, I noticed that my left arm is bigger than my right. I do all my exercises the same so I was a bit surprised. My DH asked, " Are you even working that right arm? " OK fat man -- make a funny joke. Go put those 40 " pants on big boy and leave me alone. So, to remedy this should I do a couple extra reps at each weight level to help equal them out? This is bizarre, especially since I'm a righty with some lefty tendencies. Suggestions please!
