Annie has been on and off several SSRIs and never had a problem with the

weaning process. Even Paxil, the notoriously bad one, caused her a couple of

days

of mild nausea but not even enough to trigger her vomit fears, and she had

been on it over a year. It's a very individual thing, of course, so there is no

predicting, but I don't think you need to dread the process. If you take it

slowly it will probably be a piece of cake. I don't mean to imply that everyone

has an easy time with it, of course, and there is always the difficulty of

trying to decide whether symptoms are a recurrence of the original illness or a

side effect of drug withdrawal! (like nausea - is that the vomit obsession

returning or actual nausea? Same with dizziness)

Anyway, just trying to ease your worries!

Thanks , Annie's experience helps!

As always, people usually post the bad more than the good, and

there's been many discussions in my Celexa group on the best way to

wean off Celexa, some have more trouble than others.
