AAFP Investment Package

This may be off-topic, but I received a package from "Members Retirement Program"- an outfit contracted by AAFP to provide a retirement option. The long and the short of it appears that they offer the usual retirement vehicles, 401K, Simple, etc, with about 25 no load funds where the average expense is about 1%. They take a 1% cut themselves, so the net cost per fund is about 2%, or about 2.2% on average. I have been looking for similar no-load 401-k options, and this one seems reasonable. I believe the devil in the details is the quality of the 25 funds. Anyone with more financial savvy than me have a take on this AAFP mailing? Hello to everyone in Washington- maybe I'll see you in Chicago. Thanks, Annie Skaggs

not right to be here without you. I sure hope we will meet up again in Chicago next year. Take good care of yourself! Annie -----Original Message-----From:
