Guest guest
Hey , Don't pay any attention to the trainers at the gym. If anyone questions you about how many reps/sets you do just tell them you were set up on a program by a fitness expert (Bill IS a fitness expert, ya know) that you would like to follow it exactly AND that if it doesn't work you can always ask for advice after you've given it a fair shake. The only caveat to that is, if one of the trainers corrects you on your form, then definitely listen to them. It's hard to tell sometimes if we are doing the right thing form-wise. Years ago, a trainer came up to me when I was doing 1-handed DB rows and corrected a tiny little thing in my form. WOW, what a difference that little change made!! Congratulations on starting your challenge next Monday, and feel free to vent or ask questions or brag about your progress here - that's why we are all here. Jen B. > Jen-- > Not to worry.
