I already have most of my weight bench and only need to buy a bike, which i will be getting in 1 week. Anyway, can anyone tell me if eating this would be alrite as a meal? Chick-fil-a Chargrilled Chicken sandwich It has 280 calories, 27 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat, and 36 carbs. I would probably throw away half of the bun to cut back on carbs. The reason I ask this is because it is one of the stores my college offers and is probably one of the healthiest compared to others. I'm a big guy so im supposed to eat close to 2500 calories a day at least, or so says Hussman calculator. Also, can anyone reccomend a good protein powder? Preferably cheap, I am on a college budget.
