Glad you are sticking with the list. BFL is indeed simple and

structured and hope that you can keep us posted of your progress. I

was amazed myself at the increase in energy and how much better I

felt when I began BFL. I know know that eating the right foods,

eating 5-6 times per day, and exercising correctly are important. A

positive attitude doesn't hurt either and those BFLers that try to

keep it positive will succeed IMO.

They're very supportive and just reading the list has kept me

motivated and answered many questions. It would be a shame for me,

personally, to lose such a great source of motivation, inspiration

and knowledge. I am sticking around.
