Guest guest
I discovered a fantastic veggie cafe in Brunswick St Fitzroy yesterday. I .yesterdaya. It is well worth a visit. It is run by Hal, the Veggie Curry Man, known around melbourne for his amazing cakes, christmas cakes, curries etc. Now he has his own cafe. It is a cosy and stylish place and the food is very good - many gluten free, vegan dishes, very fresh. And he does nto use any onion or garlic in any dishes. some desserts have palm sugar but very little and the fruit cake does not - it is make with buckwheat flour etc. I think they do use a microwave to heat some things but you can request this not be done. the pumpkin pakora - oil free is excellent, wonderful salads and even a vegan chocolate fudge brownie... It is located at 296 Brunswick St Fitzroy phone 9419 1555 in the Sustenance health food store - which is also lovely. check it out and let me know what you think... -- Ilanit Tof - Signature Ilanit Ms Ilanit Tof B.A. (Psychophysiology/Psychology) Advanced Diploma Healing with Wholefoods PhD Holistic Nutrition (candidate) Little Tree Oriental Healing Arts Helping you grow to new heights of wellbeing with Oriental Traditions and Modern Nutrition ilanit@... www.littletree.com.au
