Guest guest Posted September 19, 2001 Report Share Posted September 19, 2001 As a mother and full-time preschool teacher, I thought I would warn everyone that here in Indiana, we have an ugly virus going around. Symptoms: Green, thick nose, croup sounding cough, and low grade temp. Come children are coughing so hard they vomit (sorry). Our local doc are saying it's highly contageous, but aren't saying which virus it is. Some are even using antibiotics for other symptoms, with no results. We have 6 kids all in our morning class and 4 have been diagnosed. They are at home. Keep your pumpkins safe. Avoid the obvious and use good handwashing.
