of course! I dont think it is just about eating at all. All manner of

things are included in mb. MB is about understanding the universal laws

and how nature works - there are infinite possibilities....the spiral

is how all creation happens - alchemcy, magic, the next moment.

I have written a kids book - for big and little kids which is all about

that - it is in production now!
