Is there any appreciable difference in healthiness between whole

wheat bread, WW bagels, WW tortillas, and WW English muffins? I'm

partial to bagels, myself.

Gram for gram, there should be no difference though bagels are by far the

densest of the group listed. Also, many places brush bagels with oil before

they boil them, so you may be getting an unseen hit of canola oil.
