It appears the issue was the incorrect pendent selected in Bioexplorer. For the type of pendent (2 channel wireless) that I am using, there was one selection that stated 'wireless' and that was the one I chose. It was a 4 channel pendent and unfortunately, incorrect and hence gave incorrect results.
