Nope. Not an altered photo. The webmaster who sent it to me claims this guy

was a circus fatman in France in the 1930's-40's who weighed close to 700

lbs. He then lost the weight and stayed in the circus sideshow as the man

who could tie himself in knots. (WARNING: BS Alert! I have no way of

verifying this information. Take with a grain of salt, or a 1/2 scoop of

Myoplex)
