Guest guest Posted August 25, 2001 Report Share Posted August 25, 2001 I'm at the end of my 4th week, and here are my results: Weight: -10.6 pounds Body Fat: - 9.5 percent Fat Lbs: -29.7 pounds LBM: + 19.1 pounds Waist: -3.25 inches Hips: - 2.125 inches I still question my body fat percentage, and think it is more dramatic because of my increased water intake. I'm using a Tanita, and the instructions say it is sensitive to hydration. So.... it may not be that high truly, but I can't say for sure. It sure is fun to calculate out my fat lbs loss with that number though... it sure is motivating! As for visible results, I can't really tell a difference visually, but other people have noticed. My family has noticed, one commenting that I was " a lot thinner " and another saying that it was obvious I was lifting because my muscles were starting to show. Wooo Hooo! I'm debating on taking 4 week pics... don't know if I can put myself through the horror again so soon.
