why don't you do the evil russians push up routine while away from

civilization, every hour on the hour you do pushups, someone else on

the list did that on their vacation. and if you can't drink beer,

what is the reason for living? guiness was a staple in my diet on the

free days.

Do Push-ups on your upper body day, they are great for where ever you

are and you dont need weights!! I love them!!
