I love that statement! It works for everything in

life that we choose to do. Not just BFL!

Sorry to hear! I occasionally get food allergies that keep me in the bathroom

all night. Hope you feel better soon!

It looks to me that I will be on week one at least one more week, so don't worry

about being " late. " I'll know tomorrow, when I use a different podcast. I think

I'll also try it outside, instead of on the treadmill.
