Hi Everyone!

I am a complete newbie. I am looking for help with

planning my menus. I honestly just started yesterday

the whole way and am just looking for some guidance.

I have been following the books " The Macrobiotic Way "

and a quick macro cookbook whose name escapes me, but

I know it's co-authored by Aveline Kushi.

I did just purchase a pressure cooker, so I'm all set

on that front. I also stocked my pantry with every

kind of sea vegetable you could think of, millet,

quinoa, long and short grain organic brown rice, miso,

organic (mostly) local produce, and some Genmaicha tea

(I couldn't find Kujica).

Please, enlighten me! :)
