Wildwood Natural Foods is in California The smoothie also has cardamom, rice syrup and bananas (I know they are tropical but if you only have them occassionly). I made this last night! Mine is probably thicker - actually it is not much different than the congee I usually make. Plus, I am usually too lazy to prepare lotus root.
