Guest guest
Mb talks about balance, but it's not just balance in our foods- it's balance in our lives!!!! then again, we can get stressed out about being balanced, which is counter-productive.:>) I'm sharing an article I just read - on the face of it it seemed to be for , written by a stay-at-home Mom who realized it was her need to be perfect that caused too much havoc in her life. Although there are religious references in the message (and we're not all of the same religion, or not even all into religion) still, the underlying message of letting go I find truly vauable. I tried going to the site and finding the article, but didn't succeed - so copied it into a file. But if you're interested in her stuff, here's her site: Your Hostess - Cheryl Gochnauer, author of"Stay-at-Home Handbook", "So You Want to Be aStay-at-Home Mom", "Mom to Mom" and founder ofhttp://www.homebodies.orgTo subscribe,mailto:admin@...?subject=HomebodiesSubscribeTo unsubscribe,mailto:admin@...?subject=HomebodiesUnsubscribeTo change address,mailto:admin@...?subject=HomebodiesChange>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>THIS WEEK'S ARTICLES:"Goodbye, Super Mom: Resisting Perfectionistic Parenting" by Homebodies founder Cheryl Gochnauer __________________________________________________
