Does anyone think taking choline with the inositol (mentioned below) would be more beneficial? I think I remember seeing a brand of inositol that partnered it with choline. What about a 'cocktail' of all the supplements mentioned in the 2nd paragraph below? Inositol is recognized as part of the B-complex vitamins. It works closely with choline as one of the primary components of the cell membrane. Snip It is best used with choline, which should be taken in the same amount as inositol. It is best to take the entire B-group vitamins with it. Vitamin E, vitamin C as well as folic acid and linoleic acid are thought to increase the functioning of inositol.
