I just record my weight and measurements each Monday w/o really paying attention to the week I'm in and realized this week was bolded. Total Lbs. lost - 6.5 Fat lbs. lost - 10 Lean lbs. gained - 3.5 Bodyfat % lost - 5.7% (estimate) Total inches lost - 12 Chest - 4 Waist - 2 Hips - 1.5 Biceps - 1 each Thigh - 1 each The remaining 1/2 " came off my forearms (as if I even care about those!) http://www.teamtrish.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
