Guest guest Posted August 16, 2001 Report Share Posted August 16, 2001 okay, it's been 6 weeks i feel great and the MOST important part is i am really seeing visual differences, i mean i have a rib cage, triceps/biceps poping out, thighs curving the right way. down at least 1 pant size, bought a new belt, and actually got into a 38 par of jeans (last year around 52). i actually feel much thinner than i am but i know i'll get there! i was reluctant to take the pics at first and of course horrified when they came back but now i'm glad i took them. i need like 3-4 challenges i think to get pretty close to where i want to be (32-34 jeans, and say 8-10% body fat) but here's where i'm at: 4.5 lbs lost 1 inch of chest 1 inch off waist 1 inch off hips ..5 inch off thighs to date nordic ski machine (aerobics) 52k. last week i lifted 60,090 lbs or 30.04 tons! a long distance runner friend encouraged me to add the weight up, she said feel the power. try it think- about lifting a parking lot full of mini vans! regards, lee ps: thanks for your support. also bought one of those infrared fat % deals will let you know. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
