I even have a few friends back home reading the book. It's not an overnight thing, but it's simple and it works:) Can't get any better than that:) Wayyy to go!!! LB fl > Got a story for y'all! Guest guest
That is awesome to have that kind of effect on a doctor seeing your husband. Reminds me of a news report that was on a day or two ago. A doctor was talking about how overweight people have a higer risk of heart disease and should keep their weight under control. This guy was overweight himself. I thought he should be giving them a report on how to lose the weight and mention that he was working on it himself. Andyman > Got a story for y'all! Guest guest
- thats awesome!! And its so funny that you brought up that topic because I was going to post a similar message!!! I flew home to VA on Thursday (which is where I am now) for a funeral and I was on the plane next to this lady. She was talking about needing to lose a few pounds but she could never get it off... enter the BFL discussion. She was amazed and *fingers crossed* going to buy the book when she got home from vacation! I had the same conversation with a man in line at the airport. Its so funny how I feel like a " recruiter " for BFL. I just cant help myself!!! The best part is that I havent been home to VA since Christmas, so the people who havent seen me in almost 9 months were like WOW what have you been doing!! They all noticed a difference and the word " slim " came into the conversation more than once (even one commented on those biceps woohoo!).... enter again the BFL Conversation of what Ive been doing. I guess I havent noticed a HUGE difference in my body, but those who havent seen me in 9 months were the telling tale! GO BFL! :0 Amy in fl (by way of VA) > Got a story for y'all!
