Using Tae-bo as the 20 minute Bill Aerobics

Well, I haven't tried changing the routine to match

the BFL intensities. However, I've done the basic

Tae-Bo session which is about 20 minutes. It doesn't

give me nearly the workout I'd like but it does

provide a change that I need from running. In my mind

(since I'm doing this for life), I'd rather do the 20

minute Tae-Bo than nothing (with 3 young kids I can't

always leave the house). Last week I did the tape

twice and I was anxious to get back to running this

morning.
