Guest guest
If you like the taste, I don't see a problem with soy milk. It depends on how much protein that you want to get in each meal. A cup of soy milk adds 7 gm protein, 4 carbs, and 4.7 fat with 81 calories. You could use part soy milk and then water for the rest if you want to add some extra protein and calories. Sounds like a good idea if you are short on protein or if you just like the stuff. Guest guest
I'm not sure what kind of soy milk you use but the soy milk I use has less protein then milk does, only 4 grams per cup. I count the soy milk as a carb. I do not drink cow's milk so I use soy milk in place of it. Everything seems to balance out just fine making this replacement. & >< > What do you guys think about using soil milk as the base for the myoplex > shakes, is that too much protein, or is it cool? > > CHRIS
Guest guest
it's roughly 2/3 protein and 1/3 milk, which is definitely not too much protein.
