I second brewed several grolsch bottles of brew (my favorite size) last Wednesday.. (secondary brews in larger bottles taste flat to me) I'm asking because I haven't brewed in a couple months, just let the scoby's grow. And now I am down to a couple bottles that and too vinegary for me... I have another batch started to be bottled next week and will be brewing them with lemon (which I like) for the time being and a couple with orange peels and papaya testing purposes.. Just wondering because sure would like to get started on the lemony ones...
