IMHO the correct amount will be dictated by your own body. Listen, it will

tell you when you've had enough, and it may be different on any given day.

Yes its good stuff, will vouch for that one.

I have been watching your emails from the UK for some weeks now, and was very

interested to read your letter and your attitude to " western medecine, "

I have long been concerned at the lack of truth in the various diktats

disseminated by all governments. I find as I grwo older my level of cynicism

becomes stronger. There is no doubt that the establishment here in the UK do not

support any form of holistic or natural medicine. I believe precisely for the

reasons you state, no profits and no control. I realsie the drug companies

doproduce huge benefits for everyone. But it is also apparent that governments

are encouraging drug companies intheir duplicity towards the population. Too

many drugs are producing horrific side effects, which are not publicised until

serious, often lethal consequences are apparent.

The level of daily KT intake here is suggested as 3 wine glasses per day, no

where the levels spoken of by your various email friends. I am unable to know

the " correct " quantity to take, I guess until one feels the intake has become

too much or side effects start to show, I simply don't know, but would be

interested to learn. One thing I am convinced of is that is very, very

beneficial.

I intend to ask my own doctor, who is a good friend as well as doctor, so I

believe I shall get an unbiased answer.

I wish you all a very happy christmas, and extended happy brewing.
