At 70 degrees F in your basement.

If you keep moving the brewing vessel, the brew would have to keep

starting a new baby over and over again.

Perhaps you should start afresh with another scoby from some other brewer on

this List, Then you can compare results from two separate strains and see if

they are both KT.

If your brew doesn't sour outside the refrig after 55 days, can it be really KT?
