2nd Batch ready! and question

My second batch is ready!! It too only 11 days for this brew. LKast

brew took 14 days. My last brew was sweeter too. This batch is nice

and tart with a hint of sweet. My kids will be soooo happy!

Now I am making a double batch. I am going to put the new baby in one

jar. This new baby is about 1/2 inch thick ro more! I use the Ancho

Hocking jars Victoris mentioned so this is a BIG baby. I will put the

origina mother and baby in the own jar. This is the best way to do a

double batch, right?

Now, I have a question. Is it okay to drink the thin baby in a bottle

of KT you have in your frig? I would think yes, but thought I would

double check. I have drunk a couple and my daughter drank one by

accident. She told me she just drank a jelly fish from he glass.

Since they are very thin and we suffered no ill effects I will assume

this is okay. PLEASE let me know if my thinking is wrong!!
