IT IS SUMMER and TRADITIONAL FOODS MINNESOTA TIME!

Starting TODAY, Thursday May 21st a will be at " Traditional Foods

Minnesota " every week on Thursdays and Saturdays to cook and prepare delicious,

fresh and " MINNESOTA LOCAL " food. Here, in her ITALIAN-ENGLISH is her

invitation to join us for amazing Italian food tasting and display!

Come to visit, eat and shop right here in south Minneapolis looking for the

freshest foods and ideas.

Among my favorites foods there are fresh SUPER organic cow and goat milk, fresh

chicken, duck and even goose eggs for a totally wonderful taste and texture, not

forgetting lots of meats, honey and nuts, sugar and more, more, more!!!!

I will have also my Italian extra virgin olive oil on sale ($ 27 for about 400

ml.; $ 145 for 1 Gallon)

Every week we will prepare for you new, simple menus

Tomorrow it is time for CARBONARA PENNE with fresh eggs ( )and bacon ( )

FRESH TOMATOES FOCACCIA with Mark herbs
